My Story

At the age of 7, I was diagnosed with scoliosis, the same year I began playing the flute. In the summer of 2018, I had scoliosis corrective surgery. As a result of my journey, I have developed a number of strategies to manage pain and have become deeply invested in the topic of musician’s wellness. I hope to share my strategies with other musicians, and continue the discussion of this topic with you all!
